Interviews

We aim at penetrating inside your users’ minds that what goes around in there to see everything through their perspective.

How do we do it?

From one-on-one interviews to group interviews are held.

  • The topics of attention are narrowed down by this process.
  • The users talk about themselves using the discussion guide.
  • Various activities can get participants comfortable and provide in-depth insight.
  • Feedback can be collected for specific ideas or concepts.
  • We study and figure out user behaviours and needs.

To know about the daily lives of the users is not the aim or the objective of the interviews but the goal is to understand their behavior. We look for opportunities for improvement and close the gaps if any.

In-home research

You can run but you cannot hide!
We are everywhere: in your offices and in your homes, there is nowhere we cannot notice and fully get the grip of your deportment.

What does it entail?

We conduct the research programs where the users are casual like in their homes where they might use your product or service.

  • User needs and requirements are traced by their natural behaviors.
  • The full grip on the situation is achieved by chatting with the user.
  • Natural disturbances provide us with insights into users’ real-life conditions.

This procedure helps to get hold of the information of the users and thus a better understanding and state of affairs of potential products or services.

Workshops

Do you want to get a wider variety of opinions at once? We’ve got you covered with focus groups, or workshops.

How do we run them?

  • We organise interactive group sessions with a cross-section of your users
  • Moderators usually conduct the discussion and highlight the users’ needs, what they require and what they do.
  • We keep the process of discussion so that everyone participates and everyone share their views.
  • To start a discussion participants are shown storyboards or mockups.

This open discussion format can lead to valuable findings or questions being raised with your development team might not have considered before.
