Stakeholder workshops

We let a bunch of stakeholders loose in a room and let their thoughts go wild and free but not that much.

What are the benefits?

  • Perspectives can be explored from all corners of an organisation.
  • Balance in all viewpoints lets us ensure that all the outputs represent.
  • Efficiency of stakeholder’s time can be increased by highly focused sessions.
  • Workshop techniques are used by our skilled moderators to make a conversation.

We have a selection of tools that helps people to communicate and open up whether you want to conduct a requirements gathering exercise, co-creation session or a full blown service discussion.

Personas

What would Jamie do? If you don’t know Jamie then you can’t design for him.

What are Personas?

  • Personas represent different user types to bear in mind when designing your product
  • They are data-driven and based on research and insights from your users
  • Names, and detailed attributes are assigned to them which define their behavior
  • They convey the varying backgrounds, goals and barriers of your audience

If your team are thinking “What would Tony, Keith or Jenny do?” at each stage of design and development, then the Personas are doing their job.

Competitor analysis

You can position yourself on the market by understanding the competition.

What does it involve?

  • Performing an audit/review of competing apps, websites, products or services.
  • Comparing specific elements to get a quantitative ranking.
  • Bench-marking your product against competitors’.

You should know where you stand in the competition because it helps you to consider and define where you are headed.
