Lab user testing
It is sadly not what the name suggests. No, we do not test on participants using scary stuff.
How does it work?
We ask the invited customers in our lab to test out your service/product and give us feedback.
- Your product is used by the enrolled participants.
- Basic functions and highlighted tasks performed by them.
- They are asked to give feedback about every step.
- Behavior of the participants is collected and analysed carefully.
We will present you with all our findings. You can also take part and be a silent observer when we undertake these sessions.
Mobile user testing
We test all mobile phones from Android to Apple and from the most basic to the most complex platforms.
What’s the difference?
The difference is that this is focused on mobile. Otherwise, this is same as the lab-testing. The following are some of the advantages.
